Prior to his appointment to the Stormwater Authority, Mr. Stumpo served as Chairman of the Dormont Citizen’s Stormwater Advisory Committee. Professionally, Mr. Stumpo is a Civil Engineer for one of the nation’s largest engineering and construction firms managing a wide array of multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects around the country. Mr. Stumpo has been actively involved in volunteer activities in the Borough since his children were young. He has served the Borough as a baseball and soccer coach, and he currently serves as the soccer club’s referee assignor and is Vice President of the high school girls’ soccer boosters. He previously served as a member of the Borough’s Zoning Hearing Board. Frank and his family are 11-year residents of the Borough.
