Our Board members are passionate, articulate, and effective leaders for our mission and are well informed of the stormwater issues that affect the Borough. They are not just about checks and balances, but are about finding solutions to stormwater issues that affect you individually as well as communally.
Jennifer Nolan-Kremm
Chairperson, Finance Committee
Jennifer Nolan-Kremm has been a Dormont Resident for 15 years. She graduated with a BS in Physics from Saint Vincent College and a MS in Civil Engineering from University of Pittsburgh
Frank Stumpo
Vice Chairman
Prior to his appointment to the Stormwater Authority, Mr. Stumpo served as Chairman of the Dormont Citizen’s Stormwater Advisory Committee.
James Mastronie
Treasurer, Finance Committee
James Mastronie has been a Dormont resident since 1981. He holds a BA accounting degree from Robert Morris University.
Rosey Kipp
Secretary
Rosey Kipp has lived in the South Hills of Pittsburgh for most of her life, and in Dormont since 2012. She holds a BA in Writing from Allegheny College and is a Student Conservation Association alumnus.
